A tenon is the part of a timber joint that fits precisely into its mortise. Done well, the joint holds without nails or glue. That is how we think technology should join a business: cut to fit the work that is already there.
Why we exist
Most small and mid-sized businesses in Singapore are being told they need AI, usually by people selling a particular product. Few have someone independent who will look at how the business actually runs, tell them where AI helps and where it does not, and then do the work properly.
TENONTECH was set up to be that partner. We combine business-process analysis with hands-on engineering, so the person who scopes your project is involved in delivering it.
How we work
- Process first, tools second. We start from the work your people do, not from a list of AI products.
- Small, measurable steps. A first project should show results within weeks, with numbers you can check.
- Your data stays yours. We use business-grade services with clear data-processing terms, and we document where data goes.
- Honest advice. If a simpler, non-AI fix will do the job, we recommend it.
- Handover by design. Everything we build is documented so your team, or another provider, can maintain it.
