Often, yes. Depending on the project, schemes such as the Productivity Solutions Grant (for pre-approved solutions) or the Enterprise Development Grant (for customised projects) may apply. Eligibility and support levels are set by the agencies and change over time, so we check the current criteria with you before any proposal is written.
Not by us. We design solutions on business-grade services with data-processing terms that exclude training on customer data, and we document data flows so they can be assessed against the PDPA.
